create implication crying -> tears
Nobody tried this implication before, the closest we got seems to be this: forum #78205, the tags were even aliased in the past.
From the logic point of view, you mostly can't tell whether somebody is crying without the tears, if ever, from the tagging point of view, tears make up at least 80% of crying, while a quick look at crying -tears shows us that most posts seems to be either missing the tears tag or there's no (or you can't tell for sure) crying, except for a very few like post #5189856 or post #5125456. We also have sobbing but it's almost never used.
In short, if the act of crying doesn't imply tears then its definition should be revised, not only because of the wiki but also because it's counterintuitive.
