No objections to the standing_cunnilingus implications.
I can't say I agree with tagging upside-down for people who are just bending their necks backward. Note that the definition of reverse_fellatio specifies that the giver is upside-down relative to the other person's body. The same is true of positions like 69, but we don't tag those upside-down either.

I don't know how I managed to skip the part where slime explained about the relative upside-down. Had I read it slower and properly I wouldn't even made this BUR.
