Deprecate shiny

The bulk update request #13708 has been approved by @evazion.

remove implication shiny_hair -> shiny
remove implication shiny_clothes -> shiny
remove implication shiny_skin -> shiny
mass update shiny shiny_* -> -shiny
deprecate shiny

shiny is a 200k tag that only exists due to its three-pronged implication to shiny_hair, shiny_skin and shiny_clothes. It has barely 5000 posts that don't have any shiny_x tags, making it essentially pointless in lieu of those more specific implications.

Isn't it the other way around? Those tags only clarify the subject of the shininess. It's an indicator for general shiny subjects.

@baconmeh2 Similar to striped and striped_*, you can just search for shiny_* instead. If there's nothing to tag shiny_*, then it probably isn't notable enough.
