Quick note that the Wizarding World (formerly J. K. Rowling's Wizarding World) is the official name of the Harry Potter universe: Wizarding World - Wikipedia
May need to keep harry_potter_(series) given that individual books have their own tags.

Agreed. Wizarding World is an all-encompassing name that includes Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts and so on, so the Harry Potter series probably needs to keep its own tag.
Harry Potter (series) should be kept as the tag name, it much more known like that, everything else is a derivate from the books/film series.
You don't see something like "new wizarding world book/film/game/spinoff announced", you see "new harry potter book/film/game/spinoff announced" instead.
Agree with the posts by Hillside Moose and Astolfo, harry_potter_(series) should be kept.
Maybe change harry_potter_(series) -> wizarding_world from an alias to implication?
