Tarkin Alias

BUR #41930 has been rejected.

create alias grand_moff_tarkin -> wilhuff_tarkin

For some reason Tarkin has 2 tags so they should be merged (It’s not like “Grand Moff Tarkin” is some special version of him either (Grand Moff being his title), the tags are synonymous.)

Probably best to use the famous name with title used in the credits of the movie he first appeared in, his Wikipedia page, and his official Star Wars info page as the name of the tag.

I’ve been told titles aren’t to be used in tags which is what I’m going off of, IE when I was tagging Beyond Citadel I’d not use the tag “Sister Noel” Just “Noel (The Citadel)”

I think the recognizability gap is fairly compelling as a reason in this instance, similar to miss fortune (league of legends).
