Nuking Colored Petticoats

Noticed the sudden existence of colored petticoat tags, which I really don't think we need.

I also noticed a lace-trimmed petticoat tag, but I'm not sure what to do with that one. I just know colors are too much.

You might want to add a line for white_petticoat to mass update add the regular petticoat tag to the posts before the nuke. There are about 8 pages of posts missing it. I went through the other tags already and did it manually since there weren't that many. Also, should these be deprecated so they don't get recreated?

I normally add a deprecation line, but I didn't know what to write for the wikis beyond a bland "Do not use this tag", so I was hoping just a normal nuke would do the trick. Though given the size of white petticoat, I'm not exactly confident in that...

Given that petticoats are (almost) always white, do we want a tag specifically for colored petticoats?

Every tag made besides white petticoat is really small. I'm not sure of the utility of a colored petticoat tag, but as it stands it can be very hard to search for the concept if you did want to search for non-white petticoats, so I wouldn't mind seeing such a tag.

Here's an alternate BUR with a "colored petticoat" alias for all sans white petticoat (which should be nuked).
