Tag Implication: two_side_up -> twintails

Reason: It's mentioned in the definition that two side up is a type of twintails.

-1. They're both visually distinct. Now that we've implemented the two_side_up tag, I would separate it from twintails, leaving twintails for instances where the bulk of the hair is done up (e.g. Hatsune Miku).

In that case the wiki definition ought to be changed to make the distinction more clear then.

I would think that both tags could apply, but it would depend on the prominence of the twintails. Most of what would fall in Toosaka_Rin two_side_up probably deserves twintails as well. Something like post #1039274 deserves two_side_up, but not twintails.

After a quick look through the tags, I couldn't find images of anything not looking like twintails/ short twintails + long hair.

It would be helpful if someone could translate the nicopedia article: ツーサイドアップ
I believe the "up" part of the definition is kinda lost on danbooru.

Rin isn't what I would call prominent either. Here are two great examples I've found:

• post #1038941: Girl with two-side-up, and another with twintails.
• post #1016318: Girl with both two-side-up and twintails.

Again, I find it more useful for twintail and two_side_up to have solid boundaries by judging how much of the bulk of the hair is contributing to the style; people can then pick the proper tag they're thinking of. An implication would especially harm searches for the second example.
