Need some opinions about this one, because some approvers said it has "bad neck" and "weird face angle".

I think it looks fine to me, and she only makes some evil face to me.

Those approvers are right about the issues, still
the anatomy is already a bit wonky overall, and if falls apart from the neck and up, and the face has a slant that kinda ruins the feel of the expression

Just curious as to why they weren't approved, I've seen lots from this artist get approved and these two are the only posts from them that were deleted.

Most of that artists works weren't approved, they were uploaded by trusted users. I'm not convinced all of them would have made it through due to the style. I thibk they're pleasantly toony, its not a style that appeals to everyone though.

I see, thank you for providing me with a possible reason as to why the two posts weren't approved. I will try to appeal the posts to see if anything happens.

Generally for all the people asking themselves if they ever get an answer:

First rule on Page 1.

Rules for those requesting feedback:
#1 - You are not guaranteed feedback. It is entirely voluntary to give it.

These two posts have different file size with the parents. It means they are not duplicate, but different images.

In this case it's pretty much the same image. The filesize is irrelevant in this case, because I guess it's mostly metadata.
I wonder why it's not a pixel-perfect dupe.

They actually have a slightly different tint if you flip between both images, so they aren't pixel dupes.
