Twitter is linked here, it's only visible if you're logged in. There was another entry for the artist, I submitted a BUR.
Looks like the artist changed his name to "Hyper Battle ChimpanZ" (or "HBCZ" for short). Before I submitted a BUR, I want to confirm first if it indeed was the case, it's a big tag after all (400+ posts).
(Unrelated, but artist's wiki and other names are a damn mess.)

I am aware that the artist is banned, but the tag actually originated for a Ryuu ga Gotoku character and distinction between the artist tag and the character tag wasn't made before the artist ban. Can I request that any RGG pics with the tag be amended with a tag like arai hiroaki (rgg) or something similar?

I created arai hiroaki (rgg) and arai hiroaki (artist), however those posts weren't banned.

What do you mean by you can’t find them on pixiv? The name reading is "JM hongmigao"
