Maybe I'm just misinterpreting his intent with that post. Either way, hooray.
On a side note, it probably didn't help my interpretation that the first image I brought up in here was one that was clearly not loli (post #608869) but people were tagging and retagging it as such.

"Usually" doesn't enter into it; Remi and Flan's depictions at the top of that image are more than loli enough to earn the tag.

The head-to-body ratio makes me think loli. Dunno if that degree of clothing transparency is enough to get the tag. The pose is neutral.
Are those tissue boxes next to her? If so, that would make it significantly more suggestive.
