I'm equally unsure. Traps tend to be drawn younger and more effeminate or androgynous as a matter of course, so it's hard to say.

She's a high school student in the game. She's just short and flat chested, not that it means much in regards to the image though.

If age is the issue, and not explicitness, I'd probably lean towards shota. Guys in anime tend to have smaller eyes the older they get, and this examples' eye to head and head to body ratios seem to be rather large to be teen to me.
