After the upgrade I saw several issues. Some of those issued were already addressed above by several members, including myself. But just in case, I'm gonna mention them again for emphasis.
I'm sure there a lot of issues I haven't raised, but these are the most essential I could think of. I hope these issues should be fixed soon.

Aside from possible performance improvements was there really a need to change so much things? Looks like Windows 8 Syndrome to me.

And as of now, processing upload is taking more than just a few seconds... it's been going on for minutes
Yeah, been trying to test upload an image, the upload process page has been refreshing itself over and over again for the past 5 minutes... It's kinda irritating if you ask me.
Oh and looks like quoting doesn't take the user's name now.

Ah if you click "view your current upload" you'll see that it is "pending" ...
and I ended up having 4 of the same image pending ...
Tags being physically separated by type is iffy. Isn't that what the colors were for? Not liking the posts/wiki options being with in there pictures either. Isn't that what the sidebars are for?
New pool marking is bad. Where before it was right there and immediately noticeable, now it's shyly sitting off to the side with the tags. That's stupid; pools aren't tags. That's the point.
Comments aren't showing under profiles. I'll assume that's related to comment search not working and will be back.
Privileged users, or at least this privileged user, can no longer still see deleted pictures. I'm not sure if that's intentional or not. Clarification?
Is it normal to have the site list me back ALL the pools if I try to search for one based on name? I'm not sure about that...
Also, must the Pools link lead to the search page? Can't it lead to a listing based on last update like in the previous version?
Additionally, resized images do not seem to display, just a placeholder with a 'Sample' caption. Clicking my subscriptions takes me to an empty search page. And who knows what else bugs there are...

Just a few quick questions, I hope I don't repeat them.
1) Why can't I view my deleted uploads? It was a nice feature to have, but now the site is completely blank.
2) Why is the correct number of entries under a certain tag only shown as [X]k as off now? I hate incomplete information and it's not like people are unable to understand that 23455 are 23k...

Yeah, the seperation of tags and the fonts are really strange. Isn't there a way to include an option for the old font size/disable tag seperation?
Bugs and broken(?) uploading aside, I really don't like how pools are squeezed at that tiny column for tags. And how left, right arrow and pool name are all too close to each other. It's hard to read pool names, hard to navigate among them, and they also bring inconsistence in tag positioning, which is also a strain for eyes. Huge blank spaces in profile page could also be narrowed. And I don't see a link to comments in my profile...

Can anyone teach me how to add a post to a pool? I'm completely lost by the new style that isn't selecting it off the list.
Does adding the tag pool:#### to the list of tags not work anymore?

Number 1 and 3 made new pools I can't delete the post from and number 2 gives me a blank page that tells me this post is in, well, the pools I made accidentally
EDIT:
It seems number 2 worked. Someone should write a note on the pool-addition popup telling exactly HOW to enter the info so they don't repeat my mistake.
And, if it's possible, I prefer not having to memorize pool numbers to add posts to pools. Something that can tell me in words what pool I'm about to add a post in after I type a number would be awesome

Needs to be linked at least, well, somewhere, as well as all your pending uploads should be linked at your profile.
Also it's stuck at "processing" of single image for quite a while now, I highly doubt that's normal.

I'm unable to log in my main account ( user #183510 Апельсиновый Чувак ). It says that password is incorrect, yet I'm sure I haven't changed it for ages.
Additionally, e-mails sent to webmaster@danbooru.donmai.us bounce back.
Also list of uploads of aforementioned account displays a lot of unrelated uploads, but in fact there're only 5 of them. If there's a way to edit your tag subscriptions in the new UI I'm definitely too dumb to find it. There's nothing anywhere around the settings or profile.
There's also no longer a resize button under options on the post page, which is pretty annoying. I definitely don't want every post over 850 pixels wide resized, but when someone uploads a giant scan it's nice to have the toggle.
The approve post mode is curiously missing from the mode dropdown box.
Janitors also apparently can't delete posts anymore.

This all the way. It would help translators to have the toggle too. I don't like having to draw giant note boxes (and then pan all over the place) just because I set all my pics to load as original size by default.
