The one to the boy's right with the cell phone is Mary-san, who you can find on here by her tag; her schtick is that she's a doll that got discarded, but comes back in a rather eerie way -- calling up her former owner at each milestone before calling to let them know she's at the front door, not showing up when the door's open . . .
. . . and then calling one 'last' time to let them know she's right behind them.
The other woman, I honestly when I was searching had a devil of a time trying to find any sort of name for her other than her height -- apparently she's supposed to be unnaturally tall, wear all-white (including that hat), and to wait at bus stops for little kids that should know better, apparently. If your capacity to read Japanese is infinitely better than I am, she's got her own Pixiv tag so that should help those who seek to learn (as she's tagged in this pic on there).
. . . The tl;dr of this, though, is that kid is currently stuck between 3 supernatural threats with no escape, poor guy. Hope he at least remembers to be noncommittal about the kuchisake-onna.

I honestly wonder if Slenderman was inspired from this or it it's just a coincidence. I mean, it's totally possible that it's a coincidence, after all, huge things are scary, and parents are always weary about their children.
An idea occurs to me; what happens if the person the kuchisake-onna is super into the whole split cheeks thing? Like, AGGRESSIVELY into it? Can she slash up your face if you're molesting her?

I'm having a hard time seeing her as a evil monster. Granted, All I know is that she is a giant and that's it.
