I think it's inferring the poor stomped naval mine looked weak, yet it managed to stand up and scare a Battleship and a Carrier. The mine also looks pissed at both of them approaching.

The Naval Mine is drawn to childish figures. Graf and Bismarck have assets that upset the poor thing.

Even if it is in a moment of shock, falling back spread legged exposing your panties and nether region to a tentacle creature is not a good idea Bismark.

Don't worry. It's only interested in childness. Then again considering Bismarck is sometimes referred to as "Big Akatsuki" the creature might become confused.
