    Nope, the word "boss" makes no sense as a pun here, and the words aren't even pronounced the same: 上司 is じょうし, whereas 女子 is じょし. Besides, the artist acknowledged the error and posted a corrected version, replacing "上司高校生" with "JK", an abbreviation of "女子高生".
