He wanted to be a ship guy to the point he grew out his hair to try and fool the ship spirits into thinking he was a girl. Certainly an odd fellow, but while Haruna and Co. are being precocious I wouldn't call him or the siblings dangerous. That being said... LesMiral had apparently been telling him to knock it off and join the admiral club for quite some time.

Makes you wonder why Hiei was the only one to just march into bed with him. Haruna's because she's too shy (but the antidote for that is to just keep them together all day every day until the shyness evaporates, right, Kiririn?), but there's an open question why Kirishima didn't just act more like Hibiki, and why Kongou seems to cease existing for years at a time.

I'm actually amused that the chibis arent wary of him even back then and just totter about but I doubt they'd provide armaments just because the kiddos demand it. Not sure about the equipment chibis for that matter

LOTS of Kouji's shipgirls just seem to have vanished, or only be heard from super-rarely. I'm still waiting on Ooi to return, as I've mentioned a few times around here, but there are tnos of girls that he's devoted attention to in the past who have since dropped off the face of the world.
