I was just thinking the same thing. Definitely looks like a female protagonist from some early 1600s to mid 1700s era light fantasy like in Death March Raphsody or Konosuba.

Seems Hibiki is still trying for that female lead role she and Akigumo talked about.

She should get rid of the ribbed parts. Those best suit curves, not straight lines.

It was designed for Hamakaze, who can make curves out of straight lines.

That bikini portion looks... unnatural on Hibiki. Especially in panel 2. It looks like it was designed for someone... bigger.
