    Personally I don't like that fanon interpretation. I mean if she was his mommy then she wouldn't drop him like a hot potato just because he ran into a spot of trouble.

    I always saw it as she left him with foster parents because too many angels were attacking her and she didn't want him caught in the crossfire and she didn't know that said foster parents were horrible.
