Hecatia should have 3 balls, not 4. This 4th one in her hat does look like a nodule. Almost as if something hit her.
Considering her hair is blue, this is Earth!Hecatia. So chances are Udonge slammed down on top of the earth ball, smacked hecatia's head, and now the bump is lifting the ball.
