Is Rice Shower usually drawn together with Maruzensky in canon and fanworks?

Or I suppose more pertinently, is there a reason why Rice Shower is drawn together with a Maruzensky's plushie here... other than the real-life Rice Shower being the grandson of Maruzensky?

Am considering including this post in the Dark Side of the Horse pool.

(Compare this to, say, Special Week, who actually shared some scenes together with Maruzensky in the anime and has other fanart depicting her as looking up or crushing on Maruzensky. So Special Week being drawn together with Maruzensky isn't necessarily an allusion to the familial relationship of their real-life counterparts, unless there's additional text making it explicit or there are other 'real-world relatives' included like in post #4604330.)
