I'm kind of on the fence for the elf's name. Seeing as he's using the English pronunciation for the Japanese word, part of me wants to go with "Resurre", but it looks like an odd name to me, so the other part of me wants to just stick to the phonetic "Rizure". For now, predominantly because it looks better in my eyes, I settled on the latter.

Works for me. Can't think of anything better right now. Unless we want to go with a cultural equivalent like Anastasia or Renée, which might be stretching things too much.
