I think she could have won the match, but I'm not familiar enough with the rules around sabotage to know for sure.
I don't think she would have enough time for sabotage to work since both Gura and Ame were going to vote her out in the last meeting(if Ame survived) and Calli was on the fence. Even if it was to attempt the sabotage she would need to kill at least one of them to keep them away. If she had not killed Ame she could have tried a bluff but her chasing Gura would be hard to explain away.
