Not regional sexual workers could be more precise. Personally if I ever see someone like them on my red light district, my first suspicion would be there is a high chance they were born males.

EDIT: Add more than 10 cm extra in high heels/platforms and the difference is quite significant.

The ones who draw anime seem to, anyways. For example, Suzuki Iruma has a canonical height of 1.58m (5'2") while Azazel Ameri is 1.9m (6'3"). Now while that's a pretty big height difference, it's definitely not the height difference implied by this page of the manga, where you'd be completely justified in assuming that Ameri was somewhere closer to 8 feet tall.
