You can actually tell the difference between the upper panels and the lower panels. In the upper panels, Fischl is thanking Lumine for accepting her for who she is, while in the lower panels, especially the last one, Fischl is saying to Lumine that she belongs to her and her alone. At least that's how I interpret it
