Yep, just look at her feet.
The current 'AI' is more like 'image compositing program' so it's bound to produce such anatomical errors or weird effects. Based on the different shading and gloss between the body and the thigh skin I can guess that the 'artist' put an image with stockings or thighhighs, and it ends up messing the toes count.

I was looking at the bunny ears and face, as well as the random missing outlines everywhere. There're so many problems with this piece. It looks like it was drawn by two completely different people.
