I get the gist of it but I don't know exactly what they're saying.

Luffyko asks for "salad", Sanji says something about her speciality being sweets, and outside the speech bubble it shows she's thinking about "Nami-sama", but then says she guesses she could make carrot cake (as it's a combination). Then as we can all see, Luffyko's breasts are in an awkward place for Nami - who is obviously commenting on that.

A fan requested the Oda draw the crew genderswapped due to Ivankov's power to swap a persons gender being present in the One Piece setting. Oda obliged. Fan artists had a drawgasm.
