I was able to buy this game by registering a new Steam account in Thailand and asking a local to pay for it with his bank card.
Yes, the game is not available in Russia
I liked this game, this is the first thing related to Sonic that I liked for the first time in a lot of years.
The Sonic games I really like are SA, SA2, Sonic06, and sega all stars transformed (yes, it's a different genre, but this is one of my favorite games)
