The translated artist commentary is my best guess, but the "苦手なんじゃないかと" confuses me a bit. It seems to be in a negative form that actually results in an affirmative meaning, and while I'm sure I've heard it before (as well as other instances of negative forms being used for affirmative sentences, similar to English), I'm still struggling to make heads of tails of it. I'm also assuming that the "か...と" at the end indicates some degree of doubt.
I'd be glad if someone who knows more than me could shed some light on this.

I'm not very good at Japanese and I don't know where I can see the whole commentary, so it might be wrong, but my guess would be "I had a thought that Amane might be weak to being called cute" or something along those lines. 苦手 - weak (meaning like it's your weak point, so being cute is her weak spot), なんじゃないか - isn't she?, wouldn't she be?~, と - short from と思おもう/った (i think/thought).
