No, exterminators won't kill honeybees without a very good reason.
Bees leave behind pheromones when they dies, which in turn will attract other bees to that location. If you killed a whole nest of bees, chances are there will be another nest made on the same spot, due to the lingering pheromones. At such, (good) exterminators will always relocate a bee's nest (if possible) to prevent relapsing of nest creation. Carpenter bees or ground nesting bees, however, doesn't have such mechanism and can be killed without relocating.

Or the most unfortunate being in the universe seeing as they have also been bitten twice by a centipede and have swarms of cockroaches following them around. I'd be quite omnicidal if that were me.
