Honestly, do not know who it is. I searched "maid black_hair" and there were Tokisaki Kurumi (Date a Live), Hinata or Wakamo (Blue Archive), Ame (needy girl overdose) or Nayuta (csm) but not convinced. Hope someone will modify if they know the character of this fanart.
