Isn't she crying? Her expression makes it looks like that. And what with those two lines coming from her eye? I would classify it as that crazy kind of cry when one smiles and laughs but tears just can't stop floating. It usually happen in anime when a great tragedy strikes someone. Can't remember any example though. Hope you know what I mean.
