That seems insensitive.

While it is a "chair with wheels," I do not think was intended to be placed under the chair tag nor do I think it is something people would expect to find placed under the chair tag.

They're visually distinct variants on chairs, not really worth an implication. It's a bit like suggesting stool -> chair.
