I don't think rape should have the implication.

Sex for us specifically refers to penetrative sex acts, while I don't believe most of these tags have that requirement, at least based on a quick glance at them. So I don't think these implications would work.

Let's not allow an obvious attempt to legitimize rape, because that's what this is. It's not sex. Period. End of. Shouldn't even be a discussion.

rape doesn't imply sex simply because you can be raped in the mouth too. Also, these are cartoons.
