Glasses removed and worn by another character

Posted under Tags

Which tag, out of glasses_removed and no_glasses, should be used when the character's glasses are still present in the image, but being worn by someone else? The current wiki entries are not entirely clear on this. glasses_switch covers this situation, but it really needs to be used in tandem with one of the other tags (right now it's inconsistent which of the two is used, if at all) to make it easier to search images where two pairs of glasses are actually being switched.

Whatever is decided with glasses also needs to be consistently applied to other objects that may be removed and worn by other characters, such as headwear and eyepatches.

For the record, hat switch and glasses switch were started by me as placeholder tags for both situations (A wearing B's, and actual switching) just to start gathering posts (as users are reluctant to make tags, but fast to use them if they appear in the autocomplete list or in searches). I couldn't find an intuitive tag name for A wearing B's so I just lumped that with switch, but I had no particular intention to keep them together.

e: I guess you could also call it X_transfer, but that doesn't sound very natural.

Ok, seems like three potential options to decide on here:

1) Use *_removed with *_switch for this situtation.

2) Make a new tag and imply *_removed and *_switch.

3) Make a new tag and keep separate from *_removed and *_switch.

I guess we've decided on 1 for now. No one has advocated using no_* in combination with *_switch, so I'll try to get around to cleaning up such instances as no_glasses glasses_switch. I assume no_glasses would only be applicable if the other character is wearing glasses that are not the usually-bespectacled character's glasses, which would have to be established by context (for instance, if the other character also wears glasses and it's their normal glasses). In that situation, glasses_switch wouldn't be tagged.
