How does one tag the action of inflating water wings as in post #1593639? The current tag for "inflation" is rather far removed from the desired concept...

I think you've hit on it: inflating

Could be used for blowing up ballooons, inflating bike tires with pumps, etc. Just need to clearly demarcate it against inflation with a proper wiki.

I think blowing is too general to describe this situation, but in the absence of a better tag (or a better contrast to inflation), inflating probably makes the most sense for now...
