Yes, and the tag is literally upside-down text. I don't know if it applies for commentaries tho, because it's a really empty tag, speaking about its Wiki and the images under that tag.
If there's no tags I'm missing otherwise that cover this, I'd recommend an upside-down commentary be made (in conjunction with the respective language commentary tag of course).

That's for text in the image itself, not the commentary.

Ok, I took the time to create a Wiki for that tag with a brief explanation of how to use it. If you think it needs anything else, feel free to edit it.
Should Mecha get tagged with colored skin tags and clothing tags? There's basically one user doing this with Transformers.

The Wiki of the tag portrait suggests the image shouldn't fall significantly below the armpits and the image must be primarily of the face of a character. Under this premise, I think the image you posted should have the tag portrait, because the image is mainly focused in the characters' faces.

Lilja is the character with white hair, right? Well, she's sitting in a white chair. The perspective is a little deceptive, but yeah, she's in a chair. Use the tags sitting and on chair for this one.

collared shirt, necktie, shirt tucked in, armband, high-waist skirt, jacket, pantyhose, covered navel, frilled shirt, and beret are all the tags I can bring up if we are talking about the character clothes. The colors can be identified with a naked eye, so it should be easy to add tags of every cloth with its respective color.

No, I want to know the proper tag for the large pot that the character is on top of. I think I saw something similar in a Korean hanok once.

There is a trend in the League of Legends Twitter/X community currently where artists are drawing eye-focused banner images of champions from the game.
I've uploaded a couple of them (post #7281381, post #7281339 for example) and I'd like to know whether to sort them into a collection pool or to create a new tag for this kind of thing.

Creating a tag sounds like a good idea for me. There are tags for memes, and for challenges in the different art communities. For example, in the Genshin Impact art community, there's currently a meme of re-drawing the official stickers. The tag is genshin impact sticker redraw (meme). All you have to do is creating the respective tag, preferably with the name the community has given to this meme/tendency you're talking about.
Are these headpieces hirabitai? If not, what are they?
