If it's an official costume, yeah, it deserves its own tag. Almost all the characters I've personally seen have tags for their official alternate costumes.

I put shoulder support on post #7288796 FYI cuz I think it's the best we have for now unless there's one we've missed. If we made a "human crutch" tag it should imply that too. Looking through the shoulder support tag, I don't see many that would count for human crutch, and the whole tag is small enough to be easily searchable for now. However, I bet there are a lot of untagged examples on the site... Dunno what to search for to find them. I wouldn't be against a human crutch tag but I wouldn't know how to populate it.

What looks like a cable tail but does not emerge from where a tail usually would. Can it still be tagged as one? Should be tagged something. post #7004519 shows the same thing more clearly and doesn't have any tag for it.

I think it might be some kind of perspective error by the artist, because the character doesn't have a cable tail, and in the first image you shared, there are other cables hanging from above as decoration for the background. I personally wouldn't be adding the cable tail tag to this one, for the aforementioned reasons. However, it's ambiguous if it's ineed a perspective error, or the artist tried to add a tail for the character and the results weren't the expected.

I agree it's not a tail, but I don't believe it's a perspective error or part of the background either. Whatever those are, they are part of the character, as seen in reference sheet post #7004519 and other posts of the character. It's just that they emerge from her neck rather than lower back like a tail.

I'll create human crutch and go through a few posts tagged shoulder support to add them to the new tag then. About implication, is a new topic needed for that?

Oops, I was watching to the cable in the character's back, and not those blue cable-like things in the neck. That being said, I couldn't find any specific tag for that. However, the Wiki specifies the cable tag can be used for science fiction related equipment and machinery, thus meaning that single tag applies for those things in the character's neck, since it looks like some kind of cyborg.

Yup, it's kind of redundant. Depending on the position of the character's arm, use arm around shoulder or arm around neck instead.
