Cleaning up yugioh tags. For some reason there were different tags for the Tag Force game. Duke Devlin is the 4kids version of his name, this has already been done for every other major character. If needed, I can add all the different ways yugioh is spelled (yugioh!, yu-gi-oh, yu-gi-oh!)

BUR #3543 has been approved by @evazion.

remove alias yu-gi-oh! -> yuu-gi-ou

Based on above feedback, this is a step to renaming the Yu-Gi-Oh copyright tags to the English/Worldwide name.
Note: there are 32 character tags with (yuu-gi-ou) qualifier that will be renamed as well.

Bump.

I'm sure we are going to "grandfather-in" those copyright tags (use the English name over Japanese name, as in rename yuu-gi-ou -> yu-gi-oh!*). Is it partial or complete? (partial means only one side uses English name, complete means both sides, copyright tags and character names, use English names)

EDIT: *To be precise, not only rename yuu-gi-ou -> yu-gi-oh! but also rename gekijouban_yuu-gi-ou:_chou-yuugou_toki_wo_koeta_kizuna -> yu-gi-oh!_3d_bonds_beyond_time

I'm totally in favour of renaming the Bonds Beyond Time film. However, the character names don't seem that necessary to rename to english versions imo, the aliases are enough.
