I had opportunities to write a letter to Giselebon. Well, we have been exchange letters. I sent some presents to Giselebon (also got a present from Giselebon! YAHOO!) and wrote a bit about fans from Danbooru. I wrote Giselebon ‘you don't have many fans in oversea like other Touhou artists, but those few fans remember you even after long time.’ I also wrote some quotes from Danbooru how they think about Giselebon.
Giselebon thinks it’s wonderful that there is people who reads Giselebon’s cartoon from the oversea. The best is even the feeling of the cartoons are reaching them.
I think those few fans must know that 'Giselebon likes have those few fans.' Sorry for my bad English.
I'm sure though that there are many, many fans of Giselebon --- just under the radar, like most fans of most artists; plus there's all the good done by such art merely existing, and being appreciated in passing by everyone.
Giselebon isn't on DeviantArt or Twitter --- which is fair enough, no criticism --- both of which I have mostly to follow artists as a sign of gratitude. ( Curse that 5000 limit ! )

Thank you so much for letting him know how much we appreciate him
